How about going on a liquor trip around breweries nationwide? Comparing delicious craft beer in Hokkaido or finding out what your favorite Shochu is in Kagoshima. Japan has a great variety of alcohol, so even if you're used to excellent wine, what a good idea to taste something new!

Whiskey distillery

The reason why Japanese whisky is high quality whisky, is because they consistently carry out the whisky manufacturing process from raw sake brewing to bottling in-house. Therefore, each part of the process adds a value to the final product, making it exceptional.
